We are not Realtors but have access to properties, some of which are owned by us. There are lots, acreage, apartments and homes, many of which are truly unique. Depending on where it is, we can build on our lots or yours. Check out the following sampling.

HISTORY, NOSTALGIA AND OLD TOWN CHARM

How does a converted church in a quaint Pennsylvania town a couple of hours from NYC sound? A getaway, where you can walk to almost everything and give up driving for a while. There is a restaurant with American cuisine on the next corner. An Italian restaurant and pizza parlor, plus the library one short block away. The general store, 2 short blocks away, has basic groceries and a deli section and the pharmacy, post office and bank are at the same intersection. Walk a few blocks to the park featuring a brook, playground, tennis and basketball. For trail sports, look no further than a few yards from your home. The home has a two story kitchen and Great Room with a fantastic chandelier, see through fireplace made from the pipe organ and the original tin ceiling. There is a loft off this oversized room and two rooms under the loft, that were opened up to the large room but could be closed up again. Plumbing and electric has been relaced and/or upgraded. The adjoining room is the media room. It is lined with large stained glass windows. It was the original sanctuary and has high ceilings, fantastic acoustics, another amazing chandelier and a stage for performances. As you enter the back of the building, there is a laundry room as large as a room, entry to the outdoor patio and large shed, a powder room, and a separate shower room. Following that, is a sitting room with a newly designed and very unique bathroom off of it. As you continue down the hall, there are three bedrooms and one of them has 4 built in bunk beds with drawers in the steps. (Very cool). The large doors in the bedroom suite are from the office of an infamous NYC businessman, whose name everyone should recognize. The master bath is custom designed by the builder and his wife.

TRIBECA, COURT DISTRICT APARTMENT WITH YOUR OWN PATIO AND CATHEDRAL CEILING

This apartment is in a historic building in a quiet section. It has one bedroom and a potential second bedroom. The potential second bedroom is off the living room/dining room and is open, but a wall could be installed. It is currently an office/library. There are 2 full baths. The building features a beautiful foyer, furnished roof deck for the residents and a gym.
